Please set aside 20-30 minutes of uninterrupted time to fill-out the Confidential Questionnaire. To protect your privacy, the questionnaire will TIME OUT after 4 hours and you may need to start over.
There are 4 sections. The first section asks about your personal information. The next three sections ask about your preferences and personality
Answer each question based on what best describes HOW YOU REALLY ARE.
Mark your responses quickly, as your first response is usually best. There are no right or wrong answers.

Instructions for enabling JavaScript on a PC

Internet Explorer 6 and above

On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
Under Select a zone, click the Internet zone.
Under Security level for this zone, click Default level.
Click the OK button at the bottom of the window, and then OK again.
Return to your assessment .

Instructions for enabling JavaScript on a Macintosh.

Safari

Click on Safari, then select Preferences. (PC Safari users: Click on Edit, then select Preferences.)
Click on the Security tab.
Under Web content, ensure that Enable plug-ins and Enable JavaScript are checked.
Close the window.
Quit Safari, and then restart the browser.
Return to your assessment .

Mozilla Firefox version 2 and above

On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Content tab, click to select the Enable JavaScript check box.
Click the OK button at the bottom of the window.
Return to your assessment.

Mozilla Firefox version 2 and above

Click on Firefox and select Preferences.
On the Content tab, click to select the Enable JavaScript check box.
Click the OK button at the bottom of the window.
Quit Mozilla Firefox, and then restart the browser.
Return to your assessment.
