Instructions
1. Enter your goals and preferences under Ideal Business Model in order of importance from highest at top to lowest at the bottom.
2. Weight each criteria point from 1 to 5 (1 as least important to you, 5 as most important) in the Weighting column.
3. Rank each company independently of the others (5 as highest) based only on information provided by the franchisor and franchisees.
4. Revisit your scores frequently as you collect information from franchisees and franchisors - this is an ongoing exercise and review.
